ver todas as avaliaçõesTried it because I left my AF keyfob at home and I was in the mood to workout. Nice staff at the entrance. The equipment is complete (I dont need much, just the weights.) There are lockers provided and there are multiple available shower rooms. 💯

ver todas as avaliaçõesExcellent, very comfortable, and high-end facility. Everyone was very accommodating. It was a challenging class, but you can always go with your own pace or rest for a bit. All coaches were amazing and nice. I highly recommend this sports gym for all levels. My only problem is the dim lights, they make me feel sleepy, but maybe it's just me :) Anyway, we will definitely book again

ver todas as avaliaçõesCoach Christian taught us the proper forms and combos with a lot of insight and guidance. He was super encouraging and overall it was a very fun class. They have gloves for rent but no hand wraps-- just something to keep in mind. Highly recommended class.
