ver todas as avaliaçõesIt was my first time trying their yoga class, and my first impression was positive. I liked the space as it was large enough to move comfortably. I also appreciated that the instructor tried to explain the poses step by step, though at times the instructions were a bit hard to hear given the size of the space. Just to give others an idea, this class may not be ideal for beginners, so it’s good to note that. But overall, it was a really good stretch!

ver todas as avaliaçõesCoach Raffy is always willing to take the time to look at your form, give modifications, and make slight adjustments. :) He also has a warm, welcoming presence, though it would be nice to better understand the positions by explaining them in a Yoga Basics class. 💖

She’s attentive and made sure I have a safe space to share my thoughts. I appreciate how generous she are in explaining the tarot cards and chakra reading.
