She ended the class with a meditative sound bowl, which was exactly what we needed. Can’t wait to take another class of hers

It was a gradual build though that had me shaking without even realizing it. Jules was amazing at helping correct me so it felt like I was actually doing the routine correctly and effectively.

The instructor gave modifications to make easier or harder every step of the way which was amazing - I felt challenged but in a safe approachable way. The studio is new with high ceilings and great natural light. I might even like this studio more than the original location in Santa Monica! Wonderful addition to the neighborhood.

ver todas as avaliaçõesMy first time here and I was the only one signed up for class. Barb and the front desk were so kind to not cancel class and made sure I was comfortable being solo. Barb had great energy. Her class was hard (!!) but she was so supportive and encouraging. Definitely got a full body workout. Studio is clean and spacious, easy parking. Will definitely be back.

ver todas as avaliaçõesWow! I loved this class! Brooklyn has a calm demeanor that is professional and translates well for beginners especially if they’re nervous. She takes a good amount of time to explain everything. I also felt that she taught a class that wasn’t so hard you couldn’t do it but did create burn. I told her I went to another Pilates class elsewhere and that didn’t happen but I tried this location and I’ll def be back. I am a beginner at Pilates but I weight train. I know the goal of Pilates is to feel the burn in small movements and low weights and I do have experience with that so I was able to get a lot out of the class by going slow. I also have a very weak core due to a surgery I had that tightens skin with a laser after weight loss. I have tried everything with PT and more to get my core back and couldn’t get those spots to activate. This actually did it! I also have to get my piriformis muscle going, it’s a weakness I focus on in PT and usually it takes a lot of PT to even get it activated. By the end of this class my piriformis was clearly turned on and I can tell if I go back it will get stronger.
