ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class was a nice way to wind down the evening and the work week. I like how Robert walked the newcomers through expectations. The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The Breathwork made me aware of the existing kindness around me in the community and reminded me ti also berate and return the kindness.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI actually really enjoy when teachers at least provide or give the opportunity for more challenging poses! And this class was awesome does that! I’ve been doing yoga now on and off for like 8 years and to be honest, sometimes I can get really complacent and that’s fine of course but sometimes I want to push myself and try something new with my body and see “okay can my body do this or is this a new limitation? Or is this a new discovery??” But what happens too often is I get so use to the same poses and the same flows and never even attempt anything more difficult . As such, I LOVED that this teacher snuck in a few more modifications to kick things up a notch for those who wanted the challenge that practice!

ver todas as avaliaçõesDani’s classes are the best! I have been doing yoga for many years but felt like my practice had really plateaued until I started taking Dani’s classes. She is a masterful teacher, striking the perfect balance between encouraging her students to try new things and offering the right type of support to get them there. For years I had been too scared to attempt handstands, but Dani somehow managed to teach them in a way that made me feel comfortable trying. A year ago I never would have expected to be excited for the part of class where we practice going upside down, but here I am, thanks to Dani 😀

ver todas as avaliaçõesI dont know what some reviews are talking about it not being hot enough… this sauna got super super hot!! It was quick easy and clean. Only complaint is I wish the sauna itself was a little bit bigger. They provided 1 body towel and a cold hand towel. Will be back!
