ver todas as avaliaçõesLove this gym and the class. Nadine's Zumba gold was just what I needed to jumpstart my new witness goal. She was easy to follow and the class was rigorous enough for my body to know I had a workout but not so much that I couldn't keep up. The music kept the movement interesting and fun. I'll definitely be back for her class and the fitness machines. the young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I love that it is a space for women.

ver todas as avaliaçõesHad a great time! loved the dance moves. The place could be spiffed up a bit and the music could be lowered a notch, but overall experience was positive. There are a lot of flashing lights, so maybe not the best for people prone to seizures.
