ver todas as avaliaçõesWent at 10am on a Friday. A large gym with good equipment. FYI the sauna/swimming area is through the showers (not sign posted so a bit confusing if your first time). Friendly front of house, towels provided but need to bring your own lock for lockers.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe best instructor ever, Nicholas explains the technique into detail and he has sooo much energy and brings humour in the floor while teaching! I have done similar classes in Amsterdam and I haven’t found an instructor which is half as good as Nicholas!! Nicholas belongs to a different league!!
