One takeaway that i will always remember, she said “It’s Yoga practice not Yoga perfect” and as a perfectionist- that made an impact on me. It brought awareness and changed my perspective on things in a great way for my healing journey.

She was very encouraging and had a bomb playlist with a little bit for everyone. Sunday usually tends to be my rest day, but I’ll definitely be back!

The instructor (not sure his name, but not the name of the instructor here on ClassPass) was great and super friendly! For any newcomers, the enterance was a little tricky to find, but it’s a black service enterance in the back kinda hidden!
