By end of the class you feel so strong yet so relaxed. I liked the silent, uninterrupted ending into the class and just the entire flow. Can’t wait to return!

ver todas as avaliaçõesSuch a lovely studio with a very welcoming atmosphere.I love that the class was small, we were only 4, so the instructor was able to really focus on everyone’s form and give proper guidance. The session felt calm, supportive, and personalized. Definitely one of the best Pilates experiences I’ve had so far
