ver todas as avaliaçõesI was kind of terrified before trying the Air Locker class, but it was actually a lot of fun and totally doable! The instructors were super motivating and genuinely cool people, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. If you’re feeling nervous, don’t worry—it’s completely fine, and there’s really no reason to be scared. The class was structured around small groups of three. One person would do about 30 seconds of cardio, another would do a weight-based exercise like sumo squats with weights, and the third person would rest. We’d switch roles and repeat that sequence three times before moving on to another set of exercises. In total, we did six different sets, repeating each set three times. It was challenging but manageable, and the rotations kept it interesting. Definitely worth a try!

Nucalm was really relaxing once I got into it, had an out-of-body experience, then fell asleep! I did feel a bit concerned about my belongings during as they were behind a curtain with me and I couldn’t hear/see anything but eventually let it go. I couldn’t have done more than 30mins for my first Infrared but loved it and used the ice bath after. Clean shower space for after, I really enjoyed and will be back :)
