I am a beginner in yoga, and very much so not flexible. I appreciated how Heather suggested modifications as we went along, which allowed either the movements to be more or less challenging. That made it easy for me to flow with the class and really get into a mindful place without worrying if I was doing it “right”. The atmosphere of this class is also great, very relaxing, the music was calming and Heathers voice during the class even during instructions into new movements was very soothing. 10/10 will be coming here again!!

I went in with zero knowledge and Grace showed me all the basic movements before class and helped guide me through the workout to make sure I was doing everything properly. We did 3 minute rounds of kickboxing on each side with 1 minute of conditioning in between. I’m sad my watch was dead because I would’ve loved to see how many calories I burned😅😅

Scents were pleasant and not overbearing. Music was 90s slow jam covers which made me laugh at first but then I was into it haha. Basically no chatting or talking at all, but I’d prefer that to a massage therapist who talks too much so also not a complaint. Very professional. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time.
