ver todas as avaliaçõesThis class was very challenging, I think due to the heat! But I loved it. The instructor gave us cold towels in the middle and end of class because of how hot it was. I did find myself doing child’s pose in the middle a few times, but no shame there!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class was fast-paced but a great detox. Tiffany is new to Buddha and did a very good job taking over Deb’s loyal Sunday following. It was definitely challenging but manageable. I would rate it as intermediate to hard at times, as some of the poses might be difficult for beginners to transition into if they aren't familiar with them. The space is big, and the mirrors really help with alignment in postures, but you have to stagger to see yourself. The Sunday at 2 pm class is always very busy. I will be back.

The only thing I wish they had was a mirror wall, I typically like to watch myself and make sure my poses are correct, it also makes it easier to see the instructor.
