The studio has a lot of equipment and Julia told us exactly what to grab before we started (two sets of weights and bands in specific resistance levels). So helpful not to have to guess. She demos the whole workout from start to finish and is seriously strong. Will be back.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI’m going to give it 4 stars because the people attending were indeed so welcoming and the space was clean and all, but definitely reconsider if you are a beginner in terms of lifting weights, because I feel like if the form isn’t correct you may get hurt. It was a good experience just to try out but this class isn’t for beginners. I would come back only if I had more experience lifting weights.
