Though there were others there who had been doing it much longer, it still felt friendly and inviting for a beginner. Clear instruction, plenty of individualized attention, and lots of encouragement. The tip to bring a friend if you’re new is a good one if you’re someone who likes to feel extra comfortable, since there is some pairing up, but I imagine it would still be great if you couldn’t find someone. I’m so excited to come back!

The coach and all the ladies who are training with you are very much willing to share their knowledge and very patient in teaching techniques.
