Just gave my name and said I booked with class pass and was then given the standard massage release form. They offered 3 pressure levels, soft, medium, and strong. (i picked strong) I was there for a full body massage and another woman was there for scalp massage. Due to the small space we were put in the same room. That was the only part that I think would make some people uncomfortable (I disrobed to my underwear while this other woman had to take shirt off to put on towel top. I did not care; just think its appropriate to warn it could happen). Jenny gave me my massage and it was Amazing. She worked points of tension I didnt even think could be addressed with consistently strong pressure. She checked in at the beginning and thought it was funny I was "so tough" and when I flipped over she asked if I had cried and laughed when I said I hadn't. If you are not used to strong pressure, I would recommend choosing medium pressure and then asking to increase based on your comfort. I have chronic pain and lots of knots so it was perfect for me, but I can see why it would be too much for most people. When leaving they gave me a small cup of green tea and offered some candies (bean stick, little melon hard candies, and another thing I can't recall.) They have an atm but they can also run your card for just tip.

I booked a blowout with head massage and I did not get the head massage. I kept waiting for it to happen but it never did and I generally prefer to avoid confrontation when possible. I was looking to the massage the most being a new Mom and not getting much opportunity to go out for me time. The blowout was pretty and I will be back to try again though.

Not everyone can highlight and tone blondes correctly to the skin tone of the client, but she sure can. I gave her just generals of what I wanted and she somehow made it happen with just vague verbal prompting. She can also do the Rachel from Friends/Jennifer Aniston cut! But as a person, she was super kind and outgoing in just the right ways. I loved talking with her and loved my hair. A true salon win-win. (She also didn’t ask for a review/rating/anything of the sort. I’m always wary of the reviews on here because of that- so FYI, all of the reviews on here are legit customer experiences.)
