I also like that you can sort of work at your own pace in terms of intensity. It isn’t like a spin class where you have to do moves and ride to the beat of the music. I had such a blast as a drop in and felt very encouraged to push past my own mental blocks. I rowed in college and he sets a great pace for beginners to advanced. He also makes a killer playlist! Studio is clean and I was very impressed with this Row House location.

That said, I was able to make it through this class, have fun, and feel like I worked really hard. The instructor was great with cueing, reminding us about form, and providing modifications. The music selection was great, helped me keep pace, and motivated me throughout. I already signed up for the next class!
