This is only compared to any other studio I've been to in Fort Worth thus far, but I'm not sure I'll find many more that provide a great workout in tandem with great coaching. I appreciate their attention to detail and the friendly welcoming I got at my first time at this gym. Highly recommend not only for their friendliness but also since their classes make strength lifting fun (and I usually avoid it like the plague!). Will definitely be a frequent studio I visit.
