The employee who checked me in gave me a clear explanation of how to do it, what the options are for temperature/time etc. She was very patient with me when I had some questions about if the door locks (it does not lock), and irrational fears about getting stuck in there, if they would forget I was in there…anyhow I appreciated her listening to me and really with no judgement that I could detect. You wear your own clothes but use their socks and slippers. You can listen to music on headphones they provide. I will be back for an additional session and maybe try the hyperbaric chamber🧡🔮💫

The receptionist was very nice and helpful with getting paperwork filled out. After a brief health questionnaire, we got started. My IV only took about 20 minutes but they checked on me periodically. Everyone was kind and genuine- I will definitely be back!
