Which , to me , felt like make space for others to enjoy yoga. She taught a all male class today with great reminders such as close your eyes for the last remainder of class , and gave a chakra based theme on the root chakra. She gave a great hands in assist and she was very observant and engaging with the class while creating great spaces for us to self explore. Loved her style and class. Thanks Kennedy keep sharing the true essence of asana. Oh yeah she even used Sanskrit. Little fluff lots of yoga.

The instructor Ashley was so amazing and awesome at her job like she try and involve everyone and crack jokes once in a while and check and make sure everyone does the pose right. She was nice and friendly and try to gives us poses that isn’t to complicate or difficult to do for a beginner which I love! The studio is so nice and clean!

It felt more eastern yogic than western, for example we started with a group “om” and mantra and then went into deep and long stretching without music, just extra focus on the breath work. The teacher was very helpful and supportive and the class being small helped as well! Would definitely go back when I’m really sore or in need of more relaxation focused yoga.
