ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat class and workout!! classes are at good times for people who work but don’t want to work out at 6 or 7am. Loved the exercises. Instructors always paying attention to form feels very 1:1 when it’s a small class. Music is a good mix of diff feel good music. The only downside for me is the heavy scent (I’m sensitive to oils or air fresheners and don’t use them) if there’s. A way to half that it would be awesome but that’s just personal to me. People are super friendly and welcoming here too!

ver todas as avaliaçõesAwesome class, I love there was cardio and strength training. Everyone is very energetic and professional. It was pretty intense!! They don’t have a water fountain, but you can refill your water bottle if you bring one. I highly recommend

I loved how you could get in a great quick weight lifting type workout with a coach and the times start every 10 minutes which makes it flexible too. It was clear and concise on what to do for each circuit. The music was loud and upbeat. Coach Patty made my first class experience very welcoming! If I lived in Miami, I’d make this part of my routine.

Have never taken a class like this but enjoyed it and know how important stretching and mobility is for the human body, especially if you sit at a computer most of the week 😅 I brought my Mom and she loved it, hoping to return according to the biweekly schedule!
