The studio was spotless and aesthetic, the instructor Rose was INCREDIBLE, and the playlist was fire. It was the perfect mix of flow and challenging movements. Rose was highly motivating and curated a phenomenal full body burn. I’m very impressed and wish I lived here because I’d buy a membership. Will be back any time I’m in Miami!

Don’t let the sweet personality fool you though… he will absolutely kick your butt! I leave every class dripping in sweat and it’s honestly the most calories I’ve ever burned in a Pilates class. He pushes you in the best way possible. Somehow he destroys me every time, but I keep coming back for more!
