The spring set up was on top, she was leading the class with perfect pace, I am taking pilates for years, 2 classes a day, but this really was unseen teaching style. i am very happy and glad I could take this class! She made sure everyone use correct form. If not, she will correct you. She was very encouraging and the class is extremely challenging, but I loved it!

It may not be the modern/trendy high intensity “Pilates” that is popular in many studios right now, but your body and your practice will thank you for it. Which means you can pick and choose depending on what you feel your body needs in the moment. Monica Cedar though? She’s extremely intuitive (and highly experienced) and is able to adjust her approach to meet you where you are. Amazing instructor and person all round!

The class was hot and very challenging, a little intense for me/ harder than my normal sculpt classes but I got through it. Honestly can’t wait to come back. The owner Hayley was so helpful with my form and had the best energy! I can’t wait to come back. 10/10!!!

This place is by far the best-looking Pilates studio in Miami and one of the most beautiful studios across the board PERIOD. Every single piece of equipment, prop, and decor (even the lovely owner lol) is color coordinated. It is mostly windows, so natural light comes in beautifully... it is content paradise! MP's unique method involves a dual workout -part Reformer, part Cadillac. I love Bettina's classes because she's the master at classical Pilates and focuses on proper form + breathing, both the very foundation of this practice. There is no extreme strain put on the body but it's a slow burn and she'll have you wondering if the AC is down or if it's a hot Pilates class 😅 Where she goes we go, it's like a cult but a good one unlike... never mind. IMPORTANT REMINDER(S): if you are on a ClassPass free trial, do not come here. They do not participate in the free class program. Bring socks! They do sell some, but they're 30 dollars. If you have little to no stamina or experience, come at your own risk. It is a demanding workout, and one must be a little bit in shape to enjoy it.
