This class reminded me just how strong I am and encouraged me to keep pushing forward, even when things feel heavy. Mari was absolutely amazing—her energy, encouragement, and presence made the entire experience so special. I left feeling stronger, lighter, and so grateful I showed up for myself today. ✨

The exercise room got remodeled and looks really nice. I really enjoyed that the instructor let me go my own pace without constantly correcting so I could fully enjoy the experience and modify exercises for my body. I really feel refreshed and hope to be back soon. I was looking forward to the class and it was an amazing experience.

We did some triangle and half moon poses against the wall that really helped me gain another perspective on the pose. It’s refreshing to go to a studio that isn’t focused on loud music, crazy heat and insta aesthetics and instead reminds you what yoga is really all about. Thanks Shira :)
