It was fun to move around, feel silly, and stretch the body while practicing the flow. Not a challenging class, more of a fun activity to complement with your workout or yoga routine (if you, like me, are not a dancer).

ver todas as avaliaçõesPeople were friendly and was fun and nerve wrecking because this was my first salsa class and apparently even though it was for beginners we went on the last week of the month so we got dropped into the ocean and expected to swim. That said though it was still alot of fun. But if youre a beginner beginner lol make sure to start from the first week. Maybe it might help.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class was led by a great teacher. Each dance sequence was taught with a focus on learning the steps, adding movement principles and then practicing. In the end we danced to the music and had so much fun! The class was I felt comfortable even as a beginner. I look forward to more dance flow!
