ver todas as avaliaçõesI like the class. The only thing I would recommend was that the teacher would be sitter in front of the room, so students could see themselves in the mirror to correct poses etc. Also the studio could invest in better quality mats because the current ones have no grip.

ver todas as avaliaçõesReally appreciate how nice everyone here is. I had some parking trouble as I had not been in this area before and they were super helpful and super patient!! The workout was pretty intense, but I expected it based on what other reviewers said. Plenty of modifications possible. Lots of different exercises I’ve never done before even after 200+ classes. There’s not too many mat pilates classes so I hope to return. This is the type of place I’d actually get a membership at.
