His hands on- assistance and touch to help deepen the moves were also very gentle and felt very safe! 60 minutes went by so quickly even when having to hold poses for longer periods. It wasn’t until the very last climb /song that I was like wow okay maybe I’ll be sore tomorrow! However, I pushed to the end and it was so reqarding leaving! I might have to get a membership! Only thing I didnt like is they charge $5 for shoes for people who come through class pass. But I didn’t pay for parking and no ticket so other than that this class/studio is AMAZING!!!!!
