She said the name of the exercises and described it halfway but I had to wait until someone else was in it to understand exactly what we were doing. There was a lot of empty space where she could have been describing the exercise: location, muscles worked, what we should feel, amplifications, modifications, etc. instead it was just basic countdowns. Lot of room for improvement but not a bad workout
