Awesome music, fab instructor. It didnt feel as warm in the room as previous classes, but nothing to blame the instructor for. 10/10 class!

They turn the lights to purple which creates a club vibe. Before you realize you burned a ton of calories and smiling the whole time. Definitely come check them out!!!!!

I am an experienced yogi and the class offered many inversion options and kept me on my toes.. the teacher was very precise in his directions and even gave hands on corrections. It was great. I would definitely give this class a try even if you’re a beginner.. had something for everyone :)

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was such a fun class!! It was easy enough for beginners but also had more difficult variations for advanced students. The space is also super cute; it was fun to walk around and feed the animals afterwards! The teacher was also very friendly (and attractive LOL). Highly recommend this class!! I will be back for sure :)
