One small tweak: would add some more counter stretches or exercises during sequences so they're not overbearing on hip flexors, wrists, etc. but overall so so good!

Awesome music, fab instructor. It didnt feel as warm in the room as previous classes, but nothing to blame the instructor for. 10/10 class!

Aylen classes always surprises me on how much input she create the clases with the sequence on each exercise from the first one to the last one, reaching out the workout program she has for the class, so you finish the class knowing exactly which part of the body you worked on; excellent!

They turn the lights to purple which creates a club vibe. Before you realize you burned a ton of calories and smiling the whole time. Definitely come check them out!!!!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesLoved this aerial class! The instructor was amazing, she really knew what she was doing and explained everything in a way that made it easy to follow, even for beginners. You could tell she was experienced and confident, and she made the whole class feel comfortable and fun. The flow of the class was great and I left feeling stretched, relaxed, and honestly just really happy I went. Definitely coming back!
