They had cold towels available for us after the class to cool down a bit. Very clean and maintained facility. I’d return and would recommend.

The owner ( Jessica) is an outstanding coach knowledgeable, motivating, and excellent at keeping the workout flowing from start to finish as well as Jonathan. Every movement and workout was explained clearly, making it easy to follow and feel confident. The atmosphere was welcoming, energetic, and supportive. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to train!

TBH the owners invested in this place and it shows. Tia was a great instructor, so knowledgeable and patient with students making sure they know how to use the machine.
