I’ve taken a few beginner pole dancing classes before and usually struggle with coordination and figuring out the moves, but Sinnamon is AMAZING at explaining and demonstrating everything. She made the movements so easy to understand that I was able to pick them up right away! She’s such a great instructor, and I had so much fun in her class. Definitely one of my favorite classes—I highly, highly recommend her! 💕✨

I left feeling so good, both in my body and in my spirit. At the end of class, they served us tea, which was such a beautiful touch. The aroma filled my senses during Shavasana and made the whole experience feel even more special. It was such a wonderful way to close the practice and made the entire experience feel complete

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe studio is so beautiful! Shira is the sweetest she really makes you feel welcomed and makes the class very accesible. It’s an awesome beginner class, not challenging at all. The description for the class should include it’s an ashtanga inspired vinyasa class because it’s a little misguiding to anyone looking for a true vinyasa flow. However, I love how small and intimate the place feels and the savasana assist was the absolute best.
