Tough but so encouraging & inspiring. You can tell he loves what he does. I did Nelson’s last week, what a joke. He thinks he’s so funny, but he’s not. Don’t let a full, big class fool you. The workout was just ok. Not here for clout. All the others just seem to have egos for the following, but frank is real, consistent, and just the best! Quality over quantity always! 🙏🏾🙌🏽💕

The workout was challenging in the best way, with moves I’ve genuinely never done before which is rare for me at this point. Mel pushes you without losing the flow, and the entire class felt intentional and fresh. If I lived here, I would be in her class every single week.

I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
