It was more cardio than a regular class as the jumping really gets the heart rate up and it is also quite fun. She gave very thorough cues, demonstrated every movement and gave many variations for each of them. The flow of the class was perfect in my opinion .. starting with floor abdominal workouts to upper body, legs and then back to abs. I feel incredible and definitely booking again!

I like that the instructor is able to clearly explain the sequence and transitions offering adjustments to make it more challenging or less difficult. I left once again feeling a difference in my posture and feel much better than when I entered the class!

Challenging, but has pacing slow enough for them to place a strong emphasis on correct form. I always come out their classes feeling great and strong. I wouldn’t say this class is true beginner friendly, but definitely doable once you have 1-3 classes under your belt.

ver todas as avaliaçõesIm reluctantly giving 5 stars because the instructor was sooo sweet and was truly doing her best. I do not want her getting penalized. The reason I did not enjoy this class was not because of her or her choreography but because it was absolutely impossible to hear! The microphone sounds so discordant it is not possible to decipher. Plus, since moves are somewhat complicated and often involving lots of equipment, it is extremely difficult to follow the cues even by visually following the other students. I worry that this could lead to injuries. I would try this again because the facility and staff were lovely but I feel as if I spent half the class trying to understand what was going on and trying to avoid getting hurt
