This was one of the more challenging pole conditioning classes I have taken, and it was amazing! Alyssa is very sweet and encouraging. The class kicked my butt, but I stayed strong throughout. However sometimes deep tissue massages can hurt me and I don’t like that but with this massage I never felt like I couldn’t tolerate it and I walked out feeling refreshed.
