ver todas as avaliaçõesClass was very much a set your own pace and work with whatever weights work for you. I’m getting back into shape post kids and am very insecure. This class was perfect. Matt is quick to offer guidance and help when needed but doesn’t belittle or scoff at you when you need lower weights or breaks (which has happened to me at other gyms). Will be back!
