ver todas as avaliaçõesFlow was great! The instructor was great with her body placement and moving around the room to demo the movements. It was a full class so did seem a bit constricted as far as moving freely but I would definitely take another class.!

David was awesome and encouraged everyone to push themselves, but I never felt like I couldn’t go at a slower pace when needed. The vibe was positive and uplifting - I’ll definitely be back!
