The number of exercises and the sequencing of today’s class felt perfect - not too many exercises that it felt rushed, but just the right number so I felt like I could take my time to move through each exercise. Angela is a great instructor who is very supportive. She always provided options based on comfort level but still empowered people to challenge themselves.
