They have cubbies for you to put your stuff in and they’re visual throughout the practice so I didn’t feel sketched out about it.

I have been to a million yoga classes and many sound baths and this class was *magical.* Caty gave the perfect instruction, the space was cozy and well-equipped, and I left feeling so much more regulated than when I arrived. Note that it’s definitely a yin-style class with some basic stretching and breathing, with a sound bath to conclude the class. Also the space is not accessible as there are stairs that are unavoidable, but she does note this in the studio description. I’ll definitely be back!!
