Led Ashtanga Primary Series

The instructor said out the names of the poses in Sanskrit, not English, and it had been a couple of years since I’ve done any ashtanga so I just watched my neighbor and followed her. 😂. Really great vibes, though, and a couple gentle and helpful corrections. I will definitely be back!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI enjoyed the Vinyasa flow pacing. Breathing encouragement throughout was greatly appreciated. I felt empowered to be courageous in lightening pose. Great start as well; met students where we are and then demonstrated Ujjayi breath. He modeled the poses when needed. The extended restful at the end with some music was awesome.

The class is held in a smaller room, which I personally enjoy, it feels more focused and less overwhelming. Just a heads-up: arrive a bit early to fill out the waiver and take a quick photo. Overall, the clean space and genuinely welcoming vibe are what’s pushing me to finally commit to a gym membership at V3. 🥰👏🏽
