ver todas as avaliaçõesI love Tamara’s teaching style and energy - she makes me want to push myself harder but also reminds me to be kind with myself and my body’s limitations. I love the balance of the Pilates and Yin in this class.. the movement in the Pilates is just enough to build a sweat but as soon as you do it’s time for deep stretches and calming down. Love love love it!

ver todas as avaliaçõesAnne is amazing - loved this class, again. I entered feeling bogged down, heavy and sluggish - left feeling light and thoughtful and centred. Her presence is very grounding. Exactly what I was hoping for. Just the right amount of challenge to push yourself but with enough slowness to catch your breath.

This is a real workout for your full body with team style workouts which really helped with motivation. Most importantly both coach’s are top notch and I highly recommended them 💜
