ver todas as avaliaçõesMadelyn did an excellent job and I’m impressed that she is a new teacher. Her voice was very calming and everything she said resonated with me a lot. She intertwined a lot of intention and philosophy throughout which I always appreciate, and she was very accommodating to different injuries in the class.

ver todas as avaliaçõesAbsolutely loved this class. I was visiting San Diego and wanted to get some water time and thought this would be fun - it didn’t disappoint. I’ve only paddle boarded once before but she made it so easy. I was even able to do a headstand on the paddle board and I’ve never even done one on land before (the instruction was that good). Not the most strenuous class but really delightful and great vibes. 10/10 would recommend.

Only note, unrelated to Kat, is the person working the desk decided to start vacuuming right as the class was beginning and before the music had really started which I thought was pretty poor timing
