ver todas as avaliaçõesI’d recommend to show up early (at least 20 minutes) to find parking. My friends and I carpooled and we were lucky enough to find a spot in front. It isn’t in the best neighborhood so just be sure to not leave any valuables in your car & be alert when taking a night class. The class itself is on the 5th floor so there are quite a few flights to climb but the atmosphere you walk into is so welcoming! The front desk receptionist was super kind and helpful reminding us to fill out a waiver prior. The class itself was nice ans I was able to get a good stretch in and relax after a long day. The instructor took her time to get to know the participants and reminded us that this is OUR practice and we have range of how far we want to go within each move.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was a lovely class! I didn't know what Hot Power Fusion was, but I would say it was similar to a hatha yoga class (heated, of course). The instructor definitely challenged us, but was also very gentle! A very nice vibe!
