She shows you in movement, adding difficulty if you should want to try something new but laying down the basics clearly and without any judgement or hesitation. The class is welcoming and brings out sensuality with a bit of cardio. The studio is very friendly and fun with great space and welcomes everyone at all levels and styles. A pillar of the community.
