ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat class and great instructor! I hope to return. There was ample space for everyone, the equipment was good and the instructor had great music and instructed form well. Full body workout. I would recommend getting there early enough to set up equipment as the barbells aren't your bog standard. The change rooms were huge and nice, but bring your own lock.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe gym itself it bang for buck, a bit busy but nothing extraordinary for peak time. However, the sign in process was a nightmare as it requires a code. The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t. Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.

ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat workout! My first time doing Kangoo so it took a few mins to get balanced in the shoes and then around 10 mins to feel confident doing the dance moves. After the warm up Donna taught us a dance routine in stages with lots of repeated practice. The boots are heavy so it’s like cardio + weights + dance.
