ver todas as avaliaçõesThis wasn’t with Sarah (she didn’t show up last week and was fired), but was with a lady named Beth. Loved it. Upbeat and you can challenge yourself or take it easy depending on how much weight you use but wow you’ll be jelly at the end. Great class for strength training.
