The space has this “go, go, go don’t stop” kind of vibe to it, not just the motivating instructors, but the straight to the point of the space. The weights are classic barbells and there’s minimal props. The room is filled and the mats are in a cool, funky layout that puts you in different angles during class. I just love the structure and Natalie was a great instructor and so adorable!

She provided modifications and breaks throughout making it accessible and adaptable for all levels. I’m so glad I found this place!

She’s very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door and keeps everyone engaged during the class (trying to distract us from the burn lol). She has a calm, intentional, and effective approach. You’ll leave her class feeling strong and knowing she’s pushed you to work your hardest!
