Hot Pilates: Signature Sculpt

I told her i was freshly postpartum and wanted to get back into fitness and she always encouraged me to just do the best I can. As i kept going she kept encouraging me to add just a little bit more weight and an “yes you can” and somehow 8 or 12 pounds didn’t seem to be as heavy. I’d recommend this studio and perla to anyone❤️
