I booked a BioRePeel, and she walked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. During the treatment, she was very attentive and checked in to make sure I was comfortable and that my skin was responding appropriately. It made the whole experience feel very safe and personalized. She also gave me a B12 shot, and I honestly didn’t even feel it. That says everything about her technique. The space is clean and welcoming, and I love that Shannon is a nurse practitioner—it adds an extra level of trust and professionalism. The entire team was patient, kind, and friendly from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to my next treatment.
