I tried the open gym, it’s not a big gym but has the essentials. So if you are expecting huge gym area with a lot of machines maybe this is not the one! It was the engine class which was all about cardiovascular fitness. Liked the programming of the class, simple and repeatable. Look forward to trying a different class where the strength stations are involved - hoping to learn some new things then! Thanks for the protein banana, mango, berries shake at the end! ☺️
