Teacher was great but would love to hear more details about how to use the right techniques. The instructions went by quick, maybe I was distracted or because it was my first time, I had to watch the rest a few times to understand the movements. For the rest it was still fun even as a newbie.

Also for absolute beginners this is manageable, will definitely come back

ver todas as avaliaçõesMy favourite class so far! It was a special one, focused on progressive weight lifting: doing the same reps but increasing the load each time. It was really helpful because the first set was a great baseline to find your rhythm and after that you could scale up. And we did not use the steps so there was no chaotic transition of switching between mat, steps and lying down and getting up again. The entire workout was standing which felt more efficient and streamlined. I really want more of these classes! <3
