ver todas as avaliaçõesLoved it! Flowing movement and yet dynamic. Even though we sometimes used sticks/weapons provided by the teacher it felt completely safe. The sticks show the link between Japanese style sword movements and aikido empty handed technique. The teacher guided us skillfully and still we had room to make mistakes and try again but always in a fun atmosphere. The other participants were a lot of fun to practice with too. I feel Aikido offers benefits on so many levels. There is a learning aspect to this about how to approach conflicts and pressure in life that makes it stand apart from other martial arts as techniques are learned non-violently and yet effectively. Plus overall a great way to get fit with all the rolling!. Definitely going to feel my legs tomorrow lol. Definitely going back for more! Thank you sensei Lawrence 🙏🏻

Some challenging moves but I always felt safe under the careful guidance under sensei Lawrence. Definitely going back for a repeat experience. Thanks for the great class!
