De instructrice was ontzettend vriendelijk, legde de oefeningen duidelijk uit en nam de tijd voor iedereen. Wat ik vooral prettig vond, is dat ze individuele begeleiding gaf en corrigeerde waar nodig, zodat je zeker weet dat je de oefeningen op de juiste manier uitvoert. Hierdoor voelde ik me als nieuwkomer direct op mijn gemak. Zeker een aanrader!

ver todas as avaliaçõesIk vond de pilatesles van Trudy echt heel fijn. Ze is super vriendelijk en zorgt meteen voor een ontspannen sfeer. Wat ik vooral prettig vond, is dat ze echt goed let op hoe je de oefeningen uitvoert en veel aandacht heeft voor je houding. Ze geeft ook veel persoonlijke aandacht tijdens de les, wat het echt anders maakt dan andere lessen die ik tot nu toe heb geprobeerd. En ze onthield zelfs mijn naam, dat vond ik echt een leuke en persoonlijke touch. Dit was pas mijn derde pilatesles en ik ben een beetje verschillende studio’s aan het uitproberen, maar dit was tot nu toe echt mijn favoriete les. Ik ga hier zeker terugkomen en zou haar absoluut aanraden!

The instructor was very attentive, kind, and sweet, which made me feel comfortable throughout the class. The studio itself was spacious, bright, and welcoming. ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class and the instructor were both fantastic! I felt a burn and was sweating in the first 5 minutes of class. The music and vibes of the space really energized the workout. It’s not required to bring a towel for the mat but I would recommend as the mats are quite worn. The only slightly odd thing is that this studio is in a full gym, so the locker room setup can be confusing for a first-timer (I just asked the front desk and followed the flow of people) and also you’re waiting for class to begin in the middle of people working out. But there are signs that direct you to “The CLB” once you’re inside.

I like how she encourages us to focus on breathing and body’s awareness in movement. Her voice is rhythmic with precision in cuing. Really rare experience among other classes I’ve taken.
