Her choreo’s are always so nice and she’s so encouraging. Absolutely LOVE this girl! And this was a 90 minute ride on a monday at 9pm and the room was full and the energy was amazing , which I think says it all! Not many coaches can do that :)

The instructor was clear with directions and walked around the room to help everyone or add springs as needed. The studio is also very aesthetic and clean. There is a spin class next door which i’d have to check out next time. Unfortunately I don’t live here but if I did this place would have my annual membership money. Thank you!!!

This being my first time doing pilates, I did not feel like I was lacking any of the skills to be able to do the exercises, rather she corrected my form encouragingly when needed. Her simple acts of guidance helped me find the spots where I could release tension and feel the ‘pilates burn’. I am looking forward to future sessions! :)

His classes are always challenging, but every movement is intentional and serves a purpose. What really sets him apart is his exceptional verbal cueing he explains exactly where you should feel each exercise. I also love that he encourages slow, controlled movements instead of rushing through the exercises. Taking the time to move with intention has helped me improve my form, build a much stronger mind-muscle connection, and get so much more out of every class. His modifications are thoughtful and make the class challenging while still being accessible for everyone. If you want to improve your technique and truly feel every movement, Galo's class is a must!
