ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat workout in a beautiful space! Daniel gave great cues and was super encouraging - the sets of exercises were longer than the ones I’m used to, but they were fluid and almost dance-like. I was happy to try something new to me, and I really enjoyed it!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe teacher was lovely, class was relaxing. It’s actually a compliment that I was disappointed it was only 45 minutes! The only thing I didn’t care for was that the music was a bit loud for such a relaxing class. Otherwise, it was exactly what I needed.

However, I will say as a beginner with no experience in Contemporary Dance, the dances were very challenging to keep up with. Even though all levels were welcomed, I think there should be a note that this class caters more towards intermediate/advanced levels.
